Do you need extra motivation to reach a fitness goal? Do you want to make a difference but don’t know where to start? Now you can get in shape while giving back!

Read, set, let the Lost Girls Races begin! We are very excited to announce that two LG teams have already started training and raising money for the Butterfly Project! Our goal is to raise enough money to send two deserving young Kenyan women to nursing school. To learn more about the Butterfly project, check this out. LG Executive Editor Holly and six other LGs are running the Seneca 7, a 77.7 mile relay race around the beautiful Seneca Lake in Geneva, New York on April 30. LG Air Travel News Editor Nancy and her team are training for the Tough Mudder, which some say is like IronMan meets Burning Man… a 10-12 mile obstacle course designed by the British Special Forces.
