Russia recently announced a new hotel that will be 217 miles above the Earth’s orbit that would house seven guests in four cabins and boast views of Planet Earth. This hotel, which is set to be available in 2016, will set you back £100,000–on top of £500,000 for your journey. The hotel will give visitors access to showers and microwaveable pre-cooked meals. “Floating Dutchman” Takes to Amsterdam’s Canals

If you want to see Amsterdam in style, then the floating tour bus just might be for you! The Floating Dutchman in Amsterdam offers travelers an amphibious tour of the city. Tours last two hours and 45 minutes, are offered three times a day and cost about $56 for adults. The tour will be offered from major airports and will serve as a means for travelers to kill time. Californian Boy is the Youngest to Climb Largest Mountain in US

7-year-old Tyler Armstrong from Yorba Linda, California, climbed to the peak of Mt. Whitney in 7 hours and 50 minutes. Armstrong walked the whole way up and down, earning himself the title of the youngest person to climb Mt. Whitney–the largest mountain in the US. The young hiker now has his sight set on Mt. Kilimanjaro and eventually hopes to climb Mt. Everest. Source: KTLA

Austrian Billy Goat Gives German Tourists a Fright

A German tourist couple were consistently attacked by a billy goat in Austria for three hours. Stephen Prill, one of the tourists, had to grab the goat by his horns and drag him down the slope he and his wife were hiking until they reached the Tyrollean village of Ausservillgraten. The police were called to calm the goat and there were no serious injuries to the tourists or the creature. Source: Huffington Post
